Getting Started with Binance Smart Chain

Here’s how to get started with Binance Smart Chain.

1. On your favorite browser, download the MetaMask extension. For Chrome, you can find the link here.
2. Install the MetaMask extension into your favorite browser.
3. MetaMask will walk you through the installation process. Make sure to write down your Password and your 12 word seed phrase.
4. After MetaMask is setup, click on the Ethereum Mainnet at the top of MetaMask

5. Select Custom RPC

6. In the Custom RPC Dialog, specify the following attributes for Binance Smart Chain and click the Save button.

Network Name: Smart Chain

New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/

ChainID: 56

Symbol: BNB

Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com

7. Smart Chain should now show up as an option in MetaMask. Select Smart Chain in your network selector of MetaMask.
